Steps to Set Up KuCoin Wallet

First: Download the KuCoin Wallet Extension (Halo Wallet)

• Go to the Chrome Web Store and download the wallet extension.
• After downloading the extension, choose the Connect Wallet App option and head to the Scan Barcode page.
• Then, open the wallet app and tap the upper right button to scan the QR code.
• Next, press the Connect button on your smartphone.  

Second: Launch the Wallet Extension (Halo Wallet)

• You should launch the KuCoin Wallet extension; alternatively, you can open its app to begin the setup procedure.  
• Then, hit the Create New Wallet button.
• After this, read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and tap on the Accept tab at the bottom.

Third: Create a Password

• You must input the password twice in the preferred field to secure it. Remember to use a special character, symbol, small, and a capital letter to strengthen your password.

Fourth: Back up the Wallet

• After securing your password, you will obtain a secret recovery phrase which you must store somewhere safe. Hit the Back Up Now button to back up your seed phrase.
• Once you secure the seed phrase, tap the Next icon to verify it. Select the words in the right order to finish the backup process.

Fifth: Create Username and ID

• You can either set the username and ID of your wallet immediately or choose the Later option to skip it for now.

Sixth: Use the Wallet

• You can head to the Total Assets page to check your funds on different chains.
• To initiate investment and explore different projects in the Web 3.0 world, you should provide the URL of the dApps on the Browser page.
• Move to the Profile page to change the settings according to your preference.
